At Vlisco, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our wax prints; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 60 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with the authentic Vlisco labels and packaging intact.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the fabrics or garments in their original packaging, ensuring the gold seal and product stickers remain undisturbed to qualify for a refund.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the authenticity and condition of the fabric, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
